Ana Lopez Goldar (hereinafter, the “Controller”) makes the website anagoldardesign.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) available to you under the following Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all terms and conditions contained or referenced herein, as well as any additional terms set forth on the Website. If you do NOT accept all these conditions, you should NOT access or use the Website.
2. Modification of Conditions
Ana Goldar Design may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The modified Terms of Use will be applicable once they have been published. It is understood that you accept such modifications if you continue to access or use the Website after publication. We advise you to regularly review all applicable terms and conditions.
Ana Goldar Design reserves the right to interrupt or make changes or updates to the Website or its content at any time and without prior notice. Likewise, Ana Goldar Design reserves the right to restrict, refuse, or terminate any person’s access to the Website or any part thereof without prior notice and for any reason, at its sole discretion and with immediate application.

Personal information provided or collected through or in connection with this Website will be used exclusively in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Ana Goldar Design. These Terms of Use are subject to said Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
All information (including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, links, and other materials) on the Website is provided “as is.” Ana Goldar Design hereby disclaims, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty of any kind, express or implied, of fitness for any particular purpose and operation of this Website and/or its content.
In particular, Ana Goldar Design cannot guarantee that (i) the Website will meet your needs, (ii) the Website will be available uninterruptedly, correctly, securely, and error-free, or (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use thereof (including any information and materials on this Website) are correct, complete, accurate, reliable, or otherwise meet your requirements.
5. Registration
To purchase products or services through the Website, you must register as a customer. This registration is free.
When registering, you must provide an email address and a password as access data, in addition to other personal information necessary for the correct operation of the services that Ana Goldar Design provides through this Website.
You agree to maintain your registration correctly and updated and to maintain the confidentiality of your access data, especially your password. Likewise, you agree to assume responsibility for any activities carried out through your account, username, and password due to your conduct, omission, or negligence. If you become aware of any suspicious or prohibited conduct regarding your account, you agree to contact us immediately through any of the means indicated on the Website.
6. Prices
All sales prices are displayed in Euros (€).
The price shown for each product/service includes VAT, but does not include shipping costs (where applicable), which will depend on the selected method and the volume/weight of the products to be sent. These costs are the responsibility of the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products, shown before the order is confirmed.
Ana Goldar Design reserves the right to modify prices and/or shipping costs at any time and without prior notice. Such modifications will be valid from the moment of their publication and will apply to all orders dated/timed after said publication.
7. Availability
Orders will be sent within the limits of available stock or project availability.
Ana Goldar Design makes a great effort to keep stock and availability updated; however, if a product is out of stock or a service is unavailable, it will normally be notified before the purchase is made.
If such notification is not possible, Ana Goldar Design undertakes to indicate this within a period not exceeding five (5) business days from the placement of the order. In this event, you will have the right to cancel the order in whole or in part, and the corresponding amount will be refunded.
8. Shipping Methods
Shipping is carried out to the address you indicate at the time of placing the order.
Delivery times depend on each chosen product or design service. After confirming your order, you will receive a specific delivery date. For physical goods, delivery is approximately 7 days, unless otherwise specified.
Ana Goldar Design does everything possible to respect the mentioned delivery times; however, it cannot be held responsible for consequences due to delays, loss of packages, etc., caused by the transport contract or unforeseeable or insurmountable causes of force majeure.
9. Payment Methods
Ana Goldar Design offers different payment methods:
Card Payment: The payment will be charged at the time of purchase, provided that prior authorization has been obtained from your bank. If the payment is not authorized, your order cannot be processed.
Ana Goldar Design reserves the right to modify the bank account number for payments at any time and without prior notice; therefore, you must verify the account number for each transaction.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The User has fifteen (15) business days to return a product they are not satisfied with. To do so, they must previously contact Ana Goldar Design through any of the available methods, indicating the reason(s) for the return.
Only products sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and complete will be accepted. Items sent incomplete or damaged by the Client will not be accepted.
Refunds will be made once the correct condition of the product has been verified, using the same payment method used for the order.
Any costs that the return may entail, such as shipping and insurance costs, will be borne by the User, except in the case of defective products. This must be indicated prior to shipping.
Important Note: In the case of customized design products or items manufactured exclusively for an order (such as custom wallpapers or bespoke designs), returns cannot be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects.
11. Claims for Damages
The user/buyer will have a period of 24 hours to claim any type of manufacturing defect, transport damage, or shipping error. All shipments are sent under insurance that is valid for 24 hours; once this period has passed, we will not be able to process the claim. The user/buyer must send a photograph of the damage by email to process the incident. Returns must be made in their original packaging without having been used or assembled.

13. Resolution Clause
Total or partial non-compliance by the User with any of their obligations, and in particular the delay in payment by any of the methods, could imply, at the discretion of Ana Goldar Design, the cancellation of current orders.
