A space where nature, color, and story come together to inspire and connect.

Here you’ll find little pieces of my world. What inspires me, how I create, and the quiet moments in between.

You can find my wallpaper and fabric designs in some of the brands I’ve always dreamed of, like Loomwell and Carriage House Printery.

Bringing designs to life that will be part of other people’s lives and spaces feels like a gift to me!

About my artwork

I’m Ana, a self-taught artist and surface pattern designer living in a small coastal town in Northwest Spain.

My art is warm, delicate and kind of vintage with a modern and fresh perspective.
I love blending the soft feel of watercolor and the effect of ink and other media with digital tools and foraged elements to create my designs, always textured and layered.
Inspired by my deep love of nature and the beauty that surrounds us, I began my creative career as a Textile and Fashion Designer, and was fascinated by Surface Pattern Design from the very beginning because it combines everything I’ve wanted to do since I was a child: create art and beauty with my hands, heart and soul.

Nature

is my happy place

Nature is my greatest muse! Its changing colors, quiet rhythms, scents, and textures are woven into everything I create.

Living by the coast, surrounded by greenery and ever-changing light, deeply influences my color palette and artistic style
Soft earthy tones, botanical elements, and natural textures flow through my work, shaping my watercolor illustrations and surface pattern designs. Inspiration often comes from the simplest moments, quiet walks, shifting seasons, and the beauty of the natural world.
Each design is a reflection of my surroundings, my experiences, and the joy I find in simple, tangible beauty.
Art, for me, has been both a personal journey and a way of connecting with the world. A quiet, healing, and ongoing conversation with nature, creativity, and the people who bring my designs into their lives.

My love for sewing & textiles

Art has always been a part of who I am.

My love for art began when I was a little girl sitting beside my grandma as she sewed, embroidered and knitted the most beautiful pieces. I have such vivid memories of sitting next to her, watching her hands move so naturally as she transformed fabrics into something beautiful. There was something magical in the way she worked—so much patience, so much love.
Those gentle moments shaped me, and they eventually led me to study Textile and Fashion Design, where I learned how fabrics, patternmaking and storytelling can come together to create beauty.
Studying fashion and textile design allowed me to continue that path in my own way, but sewing will always be something deeper than that for me. It’s not just about creating clothes, it’s about telling stories, holding onto memories, and expressing who I am. Every piece I make carries a little bit of that. Of her, of me, of everything I feel in the moment.

The joy of crafting

Alongside my watercolor prints and botanical wall art, when I’m not creating patterns I also create hand-painted silk scarves and contemporary jewelry, often incorporating natural stones and organic forms.
Each piece is thoughtfully handmade, embracing a slow, intentional creative process.
And it makes me so happy!
A little fun fact about me: I love silver rings! The bigger, the better!

China, my second home

Living in China for several years was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of my life!
It was a time of discovery, where I immersed myself in new cultures, explored different places, and connected with ways of living that deeply inspired me. From the richness of its traditions to the beauty of its everyday life and gastronomy, its lovely people… every moment shaped how I see the world today.

Those years allowed me to grow, to slow
down, and to observe with more intention.
Travelling through new landscapes and
experiencing such a different culture opened
my creativity in unexpected ways. Even now, that chapter continues to live within my work, bringing a sense of curiosity, softness, and
storytelling into everything I create as an artist.

A quiet place where everything grows

My garden is one of the places where I feel most free. It’s where I go to slow down, to get my hands in the soil, and to reconnect with something simple and real.
I love being outside, barefoot, feeling the earth beneath me, even when the cold creeps in and my feet start to freeze, I never quite want to leave.
There’s something deeply grounding in growing your own veggies and flowers, in watching them change with time and care.
It reminds me to be patient, to trust the process, and to find beauty in the quiet, everyday moments. In many ways, that same feeling finds its way into my work—soft, intentional, and connected to the rhythm of nature.

My family

My family is everything to me.
They’re my safe place, my support, and a big part of what makes me who I am. The little moments we share are the ones I value the most.

And then there’s Lana, our wild, fluffy puppy, who brings so much joy into our everyday life.

She’s always there, full of love and energy, reminding me to enjoy the simple things and live in the moment.

Honestly, she enjoys nature and these magical places even more than we do!

Thank you for being part of my creative journey!
